Today bought a box of Water Glass (SiO2) for demoisture use.
It reminds me about AL Inorganic Chemistry – Group IV elements
SiO2 + 4H2O >>>>> Si(OH)4 + 4OH
But……… I am worrying about where will it store the OH released…..><
